Product Description
3D curved fence, also known as 3D fencing, is primarily manufactured from stainless steel or carbon steel. The production process involves welding wires into panels, followed by using a bending machine to create V-shaped curves on the short side of the rectangular shape. The number of V-shaped curves depends on the panel height, utilizing the principle of triangle stability to provide additional strength and rigidity. These curved fence panels can be installed on flat surfaces or slopes and are suitable for various land types including general terrain and sandy areas.

Product Installation
- Before installation, identify locations of underground pipes to prevent damage to buried facilities
- Install posts in stages: begin with end posts, then install middle posts
- For concrete installation: drill holes, place posts, pour concrete, and use temporary cables/supports until concrete hardens
- Post burial depth: minimum 0.5 m, maximum 1.2 m
- Recommended spacing between posts: 0.3 m

3D fence panels can form security fences with square posts, rectangular posts, peach-shaped posts, or round posts. Widely used as residential fencing, park fencing, factory fencing, road fencing, and more.
Packing & Delivery
PVC/Powder Coated 3D Fence Panels: Panels are placed on wooden or iron pallets with protective cardboard on top and bottom. Corners and binding points are protected with cardboard and iron corner protectors, with wooden boards placed on top to protect the triangular bending parts. Final securing with strapping tape ensures damage-free transport.
Hot Dipped Galvanized 3D Fence Panels: Similar packaging but without cardboard protection. Special size panels may be packed upright for optimal container loading.
