Stainless steel woven wire mesh is crafted from high-quality stainless steel wire using precision looms. It features uniform mesh openings, a stable structure, and excellent corrosion and high temperature resistance. Widely used in petrochemical, food and pharmaceutical, water treatment, mechanical protection, and architectural decoration industries. Can be customized to different mesh counts, wire diameters, and widths, and further fabricated into finished products such as filter cartridges, filter discs, and mesh baskets.

Product Details
Stainless steel woven wire mesh is made by stainless steel wire and then woven together to form a square opening or oblong opening. Due to its own characteristics of stainless steel, the stainless steel woven wire mesh processed has high wear resistance, long service life, accurate mesh, uniform structure, no curl, easy to use, uniform screen thickness, anti static, anti-acid and alkali resistance corrosion. The product has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, temperature resistance, wear resistance and other properties, therefore, in recent years, stainless steel net is widely used in many different fields.
This is the most commonly used weaving type. Each warp wire crosses alternately above and below each weft wire. Warp and weft wires generally have the same diameter.
The wires of the weft and the warp inter cross two above and two below, inverting the intersections of the warp wire at an established distance and obtaining a rigid, stable and robust type of wire mesh fabric.
The wires of the weft and the warp inter cross two above with a larger weft wire than the warp. Such kind of wire mesh allows a greater difference between the diameter and the number of weft and warp wire.
