Electro Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh with 19x19mm Mesh Hole and 1.2mm Wire Diameter for Farm Isolation

Electro galvanized welded wire mesh is a precision metal mesh product manufactured with standardized automated production workflows. It adopts high-quality low-carbon steel wire as the raw material, which is straightened and cut precisely at first. Then, vertical and horizontal steel wires are intersected vertically and firmly welded at each junction via automatic electric resistance welding technology, forming a flat and integral mesh structure. After welding molding, the finished mesh undergoes professional electro-galvanizing (cold galvanizing) surface treatment, with uniform zinc layer electroplated on the wire surface, followed by passivation treatment to enhance coating adhesion. The whole production process features high mechanization, stable batch consistency and large daily output, effectively avoiding loose welding, uneven mesh holes and burr defects caused by manual processing, ensuring standardized product quality for each batch.
